Trent Kuhn, IFTF Digital Artist + IllustratorTrent Kuhn

Digital Artist + Illustrator

Trent graduated from California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo with a degree in Graphic Communications. From there he went to work in production at XYZ Graphics in San Francisco, where he gained skills in print processes, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Trained under professional retouchers, Trent advanced his knowledge of Photoshop and photo-realism working on projects for companies such as Old Navy, Chevrolet, Men’s Wearhouse, and Levi Strauss, to name a few. In 2012 he began his journey as a creative artist by self-studying art fundamentals through books and YouTube and then applying them to digital illustration.

At IFTF, Trent's accumulated skills are applied to a wide breadth of creative projects. These projects range from illustration, photo manipulation, and graphic design to animation and video production. He is always searching for new tools and software to learn to aid creative projects at the Institute.
