But it turns out that the world's first pot vending machines have popped up in Los Angeles. Located adjacent to two medical marijuana dispensaries, the machines are accessible 24/7 and are protected by round-the-clock security guards. To get your favorite strain of weed (yes, patients have a choice), you'll need to have your prescription approved, your fingerprints taken, and a prepaid credit card loaded with your dosage.
