Something for IT?

I had a chat with a manager from network services in our IT department and it sounds like they are in near panic at this point. They are hearing rumors that we are getting into SocialMedia and they are horrified that strange requests will be coming in regularly, or that bandwidth needs at affiliate offices will rise eponentially as everyone starts using YouTube and SecondLife to do business.

I think it would be a good idea to include a person from IT in our larger workshop in June so they can get an idea of the kinds of requests and needs that will arise from this.
