Robyn's Thoughts

As we have embarked on various social media projects over the last few months, we are learning something new literally every day. We are seeing the power of the medium, and at the same term learning about some of the risks and the resources required to really do it effectively. I'm looking forward to learning about how other companies have managed through some of these issues, and how to drive things forward even as some are skeptical and concerned about the risks involved. Understanding the best practices of others who have done this successfully will help us paint a picture for staff and volunteers of what this could look like for the AHA -- and the potential it could have for us!
