New Report: Leveraging Technologies of Cooperation

Last year, the Technology Horizons Spring Exchange explored the opportunities of cooperative strategy. And in June of last year, we delivered a related report, Toward a New Literacy of Cooperation in Business (SR-851A). Since then our work on the topic of cooperation has continued and expanded as a separate set of activities. We want to share with you a particular report that we think is relevant to for you, New Strategic Pathways in Business: Leveraging Technologies of Cooperation (SR-927).

 

This report maps eight key technology clusters that amplify cooperative strategy and collective activities. They are both tools for enabling new social forms in organizations and examples of cooperative principles themselves. The report discusses how each technology cluster helps enable cooperation and collective action in business and creates opportunities for value creation. The report also identifies the implications for employees, customers, and value-web partners.
