Industry Compass 2.0: A Visual Guide to an Uncertain Tomorrow
Industry Compass 2.0 provides a framework to help you more effectively navigate the complex transformations on the horizon of the life sciences and health care landscape. With this tool, explore questions such as:
- How will the health landscape evolve over the next decade?
- What trends and potentially disruptive issues within the global health economy will present new opportunities and challenges?
- As an industry stakeholder, how can you make better decisions today while strategically preparing for the world of tomorrow?
What is Industry Compass 2.0?
Produced by Deloitte LLP’s Health Sciences & Government practice and the Institute for the Future’s (IFTF) Health Horizons Program, Industry Compass 2.0 is a visual guide designed to help you think about, plan for and navigate the future in an engaging and constructive way. It supports strategic analysis and planning around the puzzling grid of potential trends and issues confronting life sciences companies, health care providers, health plans and other stakeholders in the coming decade. The major elements of the Compass map—Drivers, Impact Zones, Trends, Signals, Hurdles, Landmarks and Artifacts—provide a framework for discussing how the elements might interact and how your organization might navigate the future.
