Heart Circles: A Social Media Scenario for AHA

You may have already seen this video scenario. I thought it would be useful to review it again for this project. IFTF put the sceanrio together for AHA as part of a recent project. The video explores the role social media could play in peer-to-peer interactions for disease management and in harnessing grassroot networks for volunteerism and fundraising. There are other artifacts and videos IFTF has put together as part of the Health Horizons Research program. As we move forward on this project, I'll post more here to illustrate potential directions for AHA social media strategy.
