As we prepare for our Future of Foodscapes workshop on November 7, we are looking at the complex issues that arise at the intersection of food, health, and sustainability. One of our interests is in emerging markets. It turns out that organic food and farming is coming to China. For example, Beijing has a fledgling organic store with its own farm.
