Looking at Organizational and Urban Futures #EquitableFutures
Today is the first day of #EquitableFutures Week! Join us in welcoming the commitment to action from 2 more nodes, from right here in the Bay Area.
From Colombia to Oakland, Sudan to Mexico— You can register to be an official node and help us imagine what a more #EquitableFuture could look like.
CultureBank
Based in San Francisco, but we work across the country.
We're interested in envisioning a new community investment system where:
we all embrace the importance of shifting culture as the first step to a model of shared prosperity in communities
we nourish the concept that the shared experience of valuable community assets is part of ripple of investment
we embrace the artist as an investor, and new forms of investment in artists in order to develop valuable assets in a community
CultureBank and its model bring evidence over short, mid and very long term time frames of impact and outcomes which build community health well-being and prosperity.
In 2030, a more Equitable Future will be oriented around communities and their unique and valuable assets!
Our node of artists and investors are envisioning an equitable future around our new investment paradigm that places cultural shift at the core.

In 2030, a more equitable world will include a reparation tattoo where people of the Black Diaspora in the United States will receive monthly payments from the Reparation Fund for Income Equality and Wealth for All Americans Act 2030.
During this course, we plan to use the tool, Draw Out Consequences, to look at the first, second and third order effects of ideas, to create Equitable Futures Headlines from 2030 and to play the Equitable Futures Card Game to get as many inspirational ideas for how to address inequity as possible.
Extendidos por la Tecnología (ExT)
ExT is a think tank that spreads a positive message about future and technology, based in Argentina, and interested in the futures of Work, Education, Technology & Connectivity Access, and Sharing Economy. We believe that technology is part of human being nature and its extended mind.
We envision a future in which people desire to share things more than possess.
Collaborative and collective knowledge demonstrated to be more efficient and
sustainable than individual efforts. Culture is not enclosed by maps, limits, and
race because people focus on sharing the place where they born and love to
learn about others. Technology is only the form and not the content of our
evolution. And future is the basis of a calm and lovely life.
We are gonna interact with social media community with some questions about
equitativo?
We will also organize (on Friday) a workshop with a small group of thinkers
and journalist to use the toolkit (1.5h duration).
In the radio, for sure we will share results of what people envision for more
equitable and fair futures, but if production give us enough time we want to
interact with audience online by doing the same questions.
