#FQuOTD: The future in 140 chars or less
IFTF has been on Twitter just over a year now sharing our research, insights, and early signals of the future today.
But now we'd like to use our Twitter stream to support another important role for IFTF, that of provocateur and catalyst of futures thinking by everyone.
We've just kicked off a new Twitter experiment, the Future Question of the Day (though we might be a bit fuzzy with the dailyness). Follow @IFTF on Twitter and we'll regularly post questions on all aspects of futures thinking—technology, health, global issues, organizations, conecting the future to the present, and even fun.
At IFTF we pose questions like these ourselves and with collaborators to provoke insights about living and working in a changing world. Use the #FQuOTD to spark creativity, think about a problem in a new way, or maybe trigger insights about your own future.
Just be sure to include the #FQuOTD tag when you tweet your answer!
Then we'll gather responses and post them on Future Now (IFTF's blog) spotlighting the most creative, challenging, personal, and throught-provoking answers. And the #FQuOTD won't always be a question, either—we have exciting missions and real-world challenges in the works.
So here's the very first #FQuOTD...help us tweet the future!
(and remember to follow @IFTF to see these repsonses and get future questions)
